We went this past Saturday on the recommendation of my sister. We had a totally different experience. No water to drink, no cheese & crackers, no attentive staff telling us about the wines. What we got was a server who was more interested in her puppy than us. She put the wine information sheets in front of us and walked away. One wine

My friends and I were hunting for...
My friends and I were hunting for the tasting room and discovered it changed to Vermont Distillers! They still sell and provide tasting for East Shore Vineyard wines. The liquors were great- we loved the blueberry liquor! Tasting the liquors are free but there is a fee for the wine tasting.

We expected to be able to taste...
We expected to be able to taste wines from East Shore Vineyard however they only had one bottle to sample, did not want to open the second bottle because it was Sunday and there were only a few of us to taste. Highly disappointed!!

The new tasting room in South Hero is way better than the place on Church St. Only 20 minutes from Burlington!

Had an awesome mead tasting! Great products...
Had an awesome mead tasting! Great products and staff. Definitely worth stopping by. (Bottles of mead were expensive yet reasonable. The sampling was well worth it.)

I stopped by the quaint little shop...
I stopped by the quaint little shop during my When 1+1=1 US/Canada Book Tour in 2012 and I still remember it fondly. The owner told me her beautiful story of accidentally stumbling onto something delicious and the guts to create a channel to share these amazing wines with others. Local and lovingly-made. Definitely recommendable!
