Spent a very nice relaxing afternoon with family. The wine is great and the atmosphere and staff are very pleasant. Definitely recomend this winery.

Awesome place. The owner is funny and...
Awesome place. The owner is funny and down-to-earth. The 05 La Cruz De Comal is amazing, and all the other wines are fantastic ads well. We are very glad we stopped! I don't even normally like white wines, but these were wonderful.

There are several vineyards and wineries in the region. This is the only one you need to visit. Really an incredibly memorable experience.

Please do not go to this winery!...
Please do not go to this winery! The owner was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. We went on a Saturday, and we know it was a busy day, but it almost seemed as if he would go out of his way to not serve our group. We were celebrating our friend's birthday, and his behavior towards us just completely soured the experience. I do not know if it was because we had young children with us, or we just didnt look like people he would want to sell to, but he was very condescending. I never write a review, but he upset me so much, I felt it was necessary. And no we were not being disruptive, we were just quietly sitting in a corner talking, not anything that would warrant that kind of behavior.

Lewis is awesome! The vibe of this place is amazing. Wine is unbelievable. The troubador is my favorite. Stop in if you get a chance after a day on Canyon Lake.

Best winery I've ever been to. Lewis is super knowledgeable of his passion. This is more than just a pleasurable wine drinking experience but a major step on the path to wine enlightenment. The wines are unlike anything I have ever had before with a one of a kind taste and flavor profile. If you want some true Texas wine, this is the place to come. I love the 2009 Dickson Apres.

This place has amazing authentic Texas wines...
This place has amazing authentic Texas wines and it's because the owner takes such pride in the wine he makes. All the grapes they use come from Texas and the wines created have stunning taste and depth. Texas wine is finally gaining a name for itself and this winery is one of the main reasons why. Be sure to not miss this place driving by and definitely join the wine of the month club (best membership I've ever purchased)

Les Constable, the owner, was an amazing...
Les Constable, the owner, was an amazing man. He was presenting the tour and described how passionate he was about this 'hobby turned profession' he had created. All of the wine was delicious also, and Candy was serving our wine tasting and very helpful for us new wine tasters. The Tempranillo was the best white wine and the Texas Sweet Red was the best red wine. I suggest taking a Sunday drive to see this vineyard because it is worth every penny!
