Full-Day Côte de Nuits Grand Crus Tour with Château Visit from Beaune

Your full-day tour into the heart of Burgundy begins when you meet your local guide in Beaune. From there, you'll travel along the Route des Grands Crus, the scenic road that passes through the most celebrated wine villages of the Côte de Nuits.

Your guide will point out legendary vineyards like Romanée-Conti, La Tâche, and Grands Échezeaux, using maps to explain the unique terroir of each plot. Next, discover the Château du Clos de Vougeot, a historic estate founded by the monks of Cîteaux. You'll have a guided visit of the grounds where these monks spent over 700 years perfecting the techniques that define Burgundy wine today.

After the visit, you'll have time for a traditional French lunch at a local village restaurant (not included in the tour price). The afternoon is dedicated to winery visits. First, you'll explore the cellars and vat room of Domaine Moillard in Nuits-Saint-Georges for a guided tour and tasting. The second stop is at Domaine Debray, a small producer in Beaune, for another cellar visit and tasting.

Across the two wineries, you will taste approximately 12 wines produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Ranging from regional Bourgogne AOCs to prestigious Grand Crus, the selection may include appellations such as Nuits-Saint-Georges, Gevrey-Chambertin, Vosne-Romanée, Chambolle-Musigny, Pommard, Beaune, and others, depending on availability.
