Rémy Rasse, painter, creates bottle labels and his paintings are exhibited in the tasting cellar. On the terrace the demijohns, or carboys of white, red or rosé wine, are exposed to the sun for famous vintages like Longo Mai or Rosé Tuilé de Saint Jeannet. We produce wines labeled Protected Geographical Indication of the Alpes Maritimes, and labeled ORGANIC. We produce RED, WHITE, ROSE wines, Champagne methods, sun-aged wines.
