From soil to soul - Sensory wine tasting with food pairing at Mencaroni in Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi

Immerse yourself in the authentic heritage of Azienda Agricola Mencaroni winery in Corinaldo. This experience is designed to leave you with a lasting taste of our land and traditions, in the heart of hills and vineyards in the Le Marche region.

Your journey begins with a guided walk through our vineyards and landscape, where you'll learn about our growing philosophy (with very low impact) and the unique terroir that defines our grapes and wines. Then, we'll take you into the heart of the winery, showing our fermentation and aging processes of thousands of bottles of traditional method sparkling wine.

The highlight of your visit will be a private seated tasting in our old tobacco barn. You will try:

- a selection of 3 wines, including our flagship traditional method sparkling wine (minimum 36 months aging on the lees), our Isola Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOP Riserva, and Urbano Rosso IGP delle Marche Riserva

- a deep dive into the history of each bottle

- local food pairings such as cheeses, cold cuts, and our handmade olive oil
