Your experience begins with a guided winery tour led by owner Pasquale Manganaro, a sommelier and agricultural expert, or by the winery's oenologist. During the visit, you will explore the cellar, learn about the winemaking process, and discover the history, philosophy, and traditions behind Casa Garello and its wines.
Following the winery visit, you will enjoy a traditional lunch paired with 4 Casa Garello wines, carefully selected to complement the flavors of each dish. Throughout the meal, Pasquale Manganaro or the winery's oenologist will introduce the wines, explain their characteristics, and share insights into the local terroir and winemaking traditions of Oltrepò Pavese.

A really great experience!
Excellent rock-hewn location.
The owner combines professionalism with friendliness, which never hurts.
The food is genuine and abundant.
The four glasses of wine presented and served pair well with the courses (except in my opinion the last one, a white with natural bubbles that we struggled to finish with the dessert).
The cellar tour is very brief and unfortunately does not include a visit to the vineyard as well.
There was a small misunderstanding about the surcharge we were supposed to pay for a small child's meal (pasta with butter and cooked ham), but the owner proved to be very understanding and generous, offering the meal for free: something very rare nowadays.
Overall, I feel I can highly recommend this experience and the agriturismo itself for the excellent quality-price ratio and the friendliness of the staff.
