Discover the wines of Menti Winery with an immersive wine tasting experience in the Gambellara wine territory. Your visit begins with a walk through the vineyards, weather permitting, before continuing inside the winery to explore the grape drying tower, the barrel room where the passito wines mature, and the winemaking cellar.

After discovering the different stages of production, take a seat in Menti Winery's tasting room for a guided tasting of 7 wines showcasing the versatility of Garganega and Durella grapes:

Roncaie sui Lieviti – a naturally sparkling wine fermented and refermented with indigenous yeasts.

Paiele – an unfiltered, mineral-driven Garganega with citrus and floral notes.

Riva Arsiglia – a white wine made from old vines and fermented with indigenous yeasts, representing a traditional and authentic interpretation of Garganega.

Monte del Cuca – a skin-contact white wine fermented on the skins for a period ranging from 25 to 45 days.

Omomorto – a vintage traditional-method sparkling wine made from Durella grapes and refermented with indigenous yeasts, with zero dosage and a touch of passito must.

Albina – a passito wine made from grapes dried for approximately 4 to 6 months and then aged for around two years in oak barrels.

Vin de Granaro – a passito wine made from grapes dried for approximately 4 to 6 months and then aged for around 8 to 10 years in small barrels.

The tasting is accompanied by artisanal baked goods, completing your discovery of Menti Winery's winemaking approach and the different expressions of its grape varieties. At the end of the experience, you'll also receive a 10% discount on purchases of Menti wines and merchandise at the winery.
