Discover Menti Winery's full wine range, located in the Gambellara wine territory, with this wine tasting experience.
The winery experience will begin with a walk through the vineyards (weather permitting), followed by a visit to the grape drying tower, the passito aging barrel room, and the winemaking cellar.
At the end of the visit, you will take a seat in our tasting room where you'll have the opportunity to taste 5 glasses of wine: the full experience of our ancient know-how and the versatility of our grape varieties, Garganega and Durella. Among them:
- Roncaie sui Lieviti; a natural sparkling wine on the lees, fermented and refermented with indigenous yeasts.
- Riva Arsiglia; a white wine from old vines, fermented with indigenous yeasts. The most traditional and authentic interpretation of garganega.
- Monte del Cuca; a macerated white wine, fermented with its skins for between twenty-five and forty-five days.
- Omomorto; a vintage classic method sparkling wine from durella grapes, re-fermented with indigenous yeasts. A zero dosage wine with draught of passito must.
- Passito; depending on availability, you will conclude the tasting with a taste of one of our traditional passito wines.
The tasting will be accompanied by artisanal baked goods. At the end of the visit, you will also enjoy a 10 percent discount on the purchase of our wines and merchandise.
