Here is what's in store for you

Discover a special wine experience in the territory of Gambellara, welcome to Menti Winery!

The Menti winery experience begins with a walk through the vineyards (weather permitting), followed by a visit to the grape drying tower, the passito aging barrel, and the winemaking cellar.

At the end of the visit, you will take a seat in our tasting room where you will taste 3 glasses of wine: the expression of our territory, our method, and the climate of our hills. Each wine represents a different declination of Garganega, our most typical grape variety. Among them:
- Roncaie sui Lieviti; natural sparkling wine on lees, fermented and refermented with indigenous yeasts.
- Riva Arsiglia; white wine from old vines, fermented with indigenous yeasts. The most traditional and authentic interpretation of garganega.
- Monte del Cuca; macerated white wine, fermented with its skins for between twenty-five and forty-five days.

The tasting will be accompanied by artisanal baked goods. At the end of the visit, you will also be able to purchase our wines and merchandise with a 10% discount.
