Tenuta Guardastelle's exclusive tour with lunch and wine tasting is one of the most comprehensive winery tours you will find in the San Gimignano area, precisely because we like to spend time with our guests and carefully explain to them the entire grape and wine production cycle.

Your experience will begin with a tour of the vineyards and winery, during which the varieties grown by Tenuta Guardastelle will be introduced and the winemaking and aging techniques will be explained. This will be followed by a typical lunch of local products in the hotel's elegant dining room or on the panoramic terrace.

The lunch will begin with the iconic “pappa al pomodoro” and will continue with a selection of local products such as Tuscan salumi, pecorino senese cheese paired with compotes, and bruschetta to taste Guardastelle's fine extra virgin olive oil. The tasting is combined with lunch and includes a tasting of the winery's 4 wines, including the most important white wine produced in Tuscany, Vernaccia di San Gimignano.

Wine tasting with lunch
Very positive experience, the lady of the estate was very knowledgeable and nice. Tasting of 5 wines with an explanation and typical Tuscan paired dishes. We were also shown the vineyard and the cellar.

Delicious wine tasting
The experience was wonderful, both because the Guardastelle estate is beautiful and well-kept, and because Raffaella was very thorough in her explanation, friendly and sunny. The lunch that accompanied the tasting was very good with excellent typical products. I would definitely return, maybe even for an overnight stay as the estate has a pool and garden that can offer an experience of total relaxation

Wonderful experience
The wine tour was great. We had an amazing guide, who told us a lot of interesting facts and answered all the questions. Thanks to her, her good mood made the tour really pleasant! And the wine was incomparable, especially Chianty.
