Tenuta Guardastelle's exclusive wine lunch and tour experience is one of the most comprehensive cellar visits you will find in the San Gimignano area, precisely because we like to spend time with our guests and explain with care the entire grape and wine production cycle.

Your experience will begin with a tour of the vineyards and the wine cellar, where the varieties cultivated on the Guardastelle estate will be introduced and the winemaking and aging techniques will be explained. This is followed by a typical lunch featuring local products in the hotel’s elegant dining room or on the panoramic terrace.

Your lunch experience will start with the iconic “pappa al pomodoro” (tomato and bread soup) and continue with a selection of local products such as Tuscan charcuterie, Pecorino Senese cheese paired with chutney, and bruschetta to taste Guardastelle's fine extra virgin olive oil. The tasting begins with lunch and includes the tasting of the winery's five wines, including the most important white wine produced in Tuscany, the Vernaccia di San Gimignano, a Chianti Riserva, and a Supertuscan, to end with a dessert wine.
