The experience begins with a guided tour of the winery, followed by the tasting of seven carefully selected wines that showcase the potential of Cilento’s native grape varieties.
The Full tasting includes the following wines:
Selim – A fresh and fragrant sparkling wine with citrus notes and lively minerality.
Donnaluna Fiano – An elegant and savory white wine with aromas of white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit.
Antece – Amphora-macerated Fiano; complex and deep with hints of honey and aromatic herbs.
Misterioso Rosato – A fresh and intriguing rosé made from Aglianicone, with red fruit and floral notes.
Misterioso Rosso – A bold and authentic red from Aglianicone, with forest floor and sweet spice aromas.
Bacioilcielo Aglianico – A smooth and approachable red with bright red fruit and light spiciness.
Donnaluna Aglianico – An intense, spicy red with soft tannins and a true Mediterranean soul.
Throughout the tasting, wines are paired with local cured meats, artisanal cheeses, homemade bread, and extra virgin olive oil produced by Viticoltori De Conciliis, allowing each wine to shine alongside the flavors of the Cilento region.
