Discover authentic Italian cuisine with a gluten-free cooking class led by Chef Christian, an experienced restaurateur and sommelier, in a fun and engaging atmosphere.
During this hands-on experience, you will learn how to prepare a complete Italian menu from scratch, focusing on traditional recipes adapted to gluten-free cooking. Under the chef’s guidance, you will explore techniques, ingredients, and tips to recreate these dishes at home with ease.
The class begins with the preparation of classic Roman appetizers, including crispy zucchini blossoms stuffed with mozzarella and anchovies and battered sage leaves, both fried to perfection.
You will then learn how to make two types of gluten-free pasta from scratch:
- Fettuccine Alfredo, prepared with eggs, gluten-free flour, butter, and Parmigiano
- Trofie pasta served with fresh basil pesto, made using a mortar with pine nuts and Parmigiano
To conclude, you will prepare a traditional gluten-free tiramisù, with layers of espresso-soaked biscuits and mascarpone cream.
Throughout the experience, you will enjoy a selection of beverages, including water and wine, while sharing a relaxed and convivial moment with other participants.
