The Artusi Experience is perfect for getting into the heart of Casa Artusi, discovering who the well-known Pellegrino was and how his very famous home-cooking recipes were born.
In fact, Pellegrino Artusi is best known for being the author of the most popular Italian cookbook ever: Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well, first published in 1891, a collection of nearly 500 recipes from all regions of Italy.
At the end of the guided tour, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a taste of piadina romagnola with squacquerone and savor, accompanied by a glass of local wine, and assist to the live preparation of "pida" by a Marietta from Casa Artusi.
