Guided Wine Tasting with Food Pairings at Valleris in San Floriano del Collio

Your experience begins as the owner of Valleris welcomes you to the winery in San Floriano del Collio, the heart of one of Friuli Venezia Giulia's most renowned wine regions. They will personally guide you through the estate, sharing the story of the local terroir and the winery's production philosophy, with a focus on the maceration processes and long aging periods that define their wines.
The tour continues inside, moving through the different areas for production and aging. The visit concludes in the tasting room, where you will sample three Valleris wines. The selection is drawn from their portfolio and may include an unfiltered Ribolla Gialla sparkling wine, a Collio Bianco, a Sauvignon DOC, or a Pinot Grigio DOC, both aged for 24 months in oak. Each wine is served with a carefully chosen pairing, such as prosciutto crudo with young goat's cheese, or dates filled with mascarpone and walnuts.
