This journey begins with a walk through the estate’s traditional alberello-trained vineyards, perched on dry-stone terraces overlooking the majestic volcano. Guests will learn about Etna’s unique viticulture as they stroll among the vines.
The tour continues in the winery, where local grape varieties are vinified to enhance their distinct character rooted in Etna’s volcanic soil. The experience culminates in the charming tasting room, a former 19th-century palmento lovingly restored, where visitors will taste three signature wines: Trainara Etna Bianco DOC, Vignazza Etna Rosato DOC, and Croceferro Etna Rosso DOC. For a deeper immersion, guests can opt to pair their wines with a board of local delicacies that reflect the richness of the Sicilian terroir.
