Vineyard Tour and Wine Tasting with Local Foods at Costa Arente in Valpantena

Your experience at Costa Arente begins in the Valpantena valley, a landscape of vineyards and olive groves near Verona. Here, a member of the estate's team will welcome you and guide you through the property.

The visit starts with a walk through the vineyards, where you'll learn about the philosophy that connects Costa Arente to its territory. You will then proceed to the production areas and the barrel cellar, where the wines mature under carefully controlled temperature and humidity. The tour is led by qualified staff, which may include sommeliers or winemakers from the estate.

The experience continues with a guided tasting of three wines that represent the identity of Valpolicella.

You will start with a Molinara Spumante Rosé Brut, followed by two red wines from the Valpantena sub-zone: a Valpolicella Superiore and a Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore. The tasting is held in the Sala Caminetto, on the veranda, or, for larger groups, in the Sala Fruttaia.

Each wine is paired with a selection of local products, including prosciutto crudo, salame, sopressa, and Monte Veronese cheese at different stages of aging served with mostarde. The tasting is completed with bread and Costa Arente’s own olive oil.
