Your experience at Fattoria Viticcio begins in the vineyards in front of the estate, where a sommelier guide will welcome you. You will learn about the Chianti Classico territory and follow the journey of the grapes from the vineyard to the bottle. The visit continues inside the winery and into the aging cellar, where you'll see the barrels used for maturation. Your guide will explain the estate’s production methods and the tradition behind each bottle.
After the tour, you will take a seat in the estate’s air-conditioned indoor tasting room, which offers a view over the vineyards. Here, your sommelier will guide you through a tasting of three of the estate's Chianti Classico wines. The tasting is paired with a Tuscan platter featuring fresh Pecorino cheese, local salami, and Tuscan bread, served with the estate’s own Extra Virgin Olive Oil and vinegar. For younger participants, the platter is served with water.
