In the magnificent setting of the Monferrato region, a Unesco World Heritage Site and renowned wine destination, stands Castello di Uviglie, a Piedmontese winery located in Rosignano Monferrato, where the Bonzano family has realized and is realizing its winemaking dream day after day.
During this wine experience at Castello di Uviglie, you will have the opportunity to visit the production cellar to discover the winemaking techniques adopted.
The Introduction to Monferrato experience includes the tasting of four wines: Mandoletta Metodo Classico Brut D.O.C. Millesimato 2018; Armognan Monferrato white D.O.C. 2021; Hosteria Monferrato red D.O.C. 2020; and Gajard Barbera Monferrato D.O.C. 2018. The wines will be accompanied by a delicious platter of local cheeses and cured meats.
