Nestled in the heart of Rosignano Monferrato, this historic Piedmontese winery is where the Bonzano family has turned their oenological aspirations into reality, nurturing their passion for winemaking day by day.
This wine experience will take you to the ancient Canton Stone Quarries, where the wines are aged, as well as the production cellar where you will learn about the methods and techniques used in winemaking.
Your visit includes a delightful tasting experience featuring five wines: Le Cave Extra Brut Millesimato 2016; a steel-aged wine of your choice; two wood-aged wines of your choice; and Bricco del Ciliegio 2015, an extraordinary dessert wine paired with dry pastries. Savor the region with a platter of local cheeses and cold cuts, served to complement the wines.
