Your private tour of Champagne begins when Raphael, your licensed guide, meets you for a drive along the scenic UNESCO Champagne Route.

The first stop is at an independent, family-run grower estate. You'll see their traditional press and cellars for a behind-the-scenes look at the production process, learning about the art of blending before a guided tasting of three of their signature cuvées.

After a break for lunch in Épernay, the afternoon starts with a stop among the vines. Here, Raphael will explain the work involved in viticulture, from the soil to the yearly cycle of the grapes. The tour then continues to Hautvillers to visit the historic Abbey church and the tomb of Dom Pérignon.

To understand the diversity of the region's terroir, the final visit is to a second family producer in a different sub-region. They will welcome you to their estate, often focusing on a different variety like a Blanc de Blancs or a Pinot Noir-dominant style, for a concluding tasting of three limited-production Champagnes.
