Private Gourmet Lunch with Wine Pairing at Cantina Semantile in Maniace

Your experience begins at Cantina Semantile, where you will be welcomed by a member of the staff, who will personally guide you through the property. You'll walk among the high-altitude vineyard rows before visiting the historic cellar, learning the story of the winery and its production methods.

After the tour, a private table set among the vines awaits. Here, you will be served a 4-course gourmet meal prepared with seasonal, zero-kilometer ingredients and Slow Food Presidia products from the Nebrodi area. Each course is paired with a specific Semantile wine.

The meal starts with Nebrodi Black Pig capocollo and lardo on durum wheat crostone, paired with a Semantile Rosato Rifermentato. The first course is traditional maccheroni al ferro with a ragù of Nebrodi Black Pig and Provola PDO, served with a still Chardonnay. For the main course, you'll have a Nebrodi Black Pig fillet in a mountain herb crust, accompanied by a still Frappato Rosato. The meal concludes with a shortcrust tartlet with lemon custard and wild berries, paired with the estate's Spumante Brut Metodo Classico Millesimato.

This private experience is set in the highest vineyards of the estate, offering a unique perspective on the terroir between Mount Etna and the Nebrodi mountains. At the end of your meal, you will receive a signed bottle of Cantina Semantile wine as a souvenir of your visit.
