La tattile pietra arenaria rossa di Silves definisce l'architettura di Quinta dos Sentidos, situata nella splendida regione dell'Algarve. Entra in un mondo in cui il dolce aroma del timo selvatico riempie l'aria, i fiori e i frutti esotici catturano lo sguardo e il rilassante frinire dei grilli fa da colonna sonora naturale. Sotto i tuoi piedi, la terra rossa e ricca di calcare crea le condizioni perfette per la coltivazione di uve di alta qualità.

Riconnettiti con la natura durante questa esperienza coinvolgente, che include un tour guidato dei vigneti, degli uliveti e dei giardini di frutta della tenuta. Coinvolgi tutti i tuoi sensi mentre ascolti, vedi, annusi e infine assaggi i tesori della terra. L'esperienza si conclude con una degustazione in cantina, dove assaporerai quattro vini, tre oli d'oliva (accompagnati da pane) e verjus, il tutto abbinato a un piccolo spuntino.

Assapora un delizioso piatto di tapas composto da qualcosa di mare da abbinare ai vini bianchi, qualcosa di carne e verde da abbinare al primo rosso e infine formaggio e frutta da abbinare all'ultimo rosso. Il tutto servito su pane/crackers o con pane. Questo tagliere di tapas è pensato per ogni persona del gruppo e non è condivisibile. Se una persona del gruppo lo prenota, tutti devono prenotarlo.

Quinta Dos Sentidos - Fantastic

One of best vineyard tours I’ve ever been on, and the others in our small group (4) agreed wholeheartedly.

The passion and knowledge of our hosts was infectious and the beauty of the olive groves, orchards, and of course the vineyard sections within the setting of the Algarve hills was spectacular.

Finishing off with the tastings of the high quality products from the Quinta: both the wines and the olive oils, made for a great afternoon treat that was of the top highlights of our entire trip to Portugal.

As a person rarely writes reviews, and is stingy with 5/5 scores, I can easily recommend this experience.

Une visite exceptionnelle et inoubliable ! Le propriétaire nous a plongé dans son expérience de vie. Une personne vraiment attachante et intéressante! Des produits d'une qualité rare. Un moment unique que je conseille vivement.

Most beautiful wine tasting spot !

We had a lovely experience at Quinta dos Sentidos! We were welcomed by the owner Beat Buchmann who explained to us his passion for wine making but also olive oil and harvesting fruits. He took the time to explain to us how his vineyard started and where each plantation was. The views are absolutely beautiful with a beautiful pond in the centre of the land and a nice flower garden. The wines were each explained very well and were delicious. We each left with olive oil, wine and honey that is also produced by Quinta dos Sentidos! We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Silves looking for a fun experience.

Fantastic wine and I’ve tasting experiemce

We pre-booked our wine and olive tasting experience at Quinta dos Sentidos and having been met on arrival by our polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable host, were given a tour of the vineyards and grounds along with the history, ethos of the company and information about the different grapes, olives and flora and fauna. We then moved inside to taste the various wines and olive oils - all were wonderful. We also met the owners and enjoyed talking about their experiences with building and developing the vineyards.
All in all it was a fantastic experience with genuine, friendly and knowledgeable hosts - I would definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area.

A unique experience in the heart of Algarve

We were looking for a unique wine tasting experience for our holiday and we just found it. Quinta Dos Sentidos is a magical place where you can enjoy the view and the sounds of nature. Unique fruit plants, some known for the first time, rows of vines treated with passion that gave rise to a truly interesting wine offer. We finished our tour with a tasting of white and red wines and locally produced oil. A fantastic experience that I recommend to everyone!
