Le Radici del Tempo is an winery located in San Giorgio Jonico, the country is located on the northern slope of the Belvedere hill, agricultural "chora" of "Magno-Graecia" Taranto. Winegrower by four generation, the winery relies exclusively on the family participation and by 2005 it produced on his own the entire production chain. The company consists of three hectares planted in part in 1970 and intended to the Primitivo wine. Thanks to its geographical location the vines enjoy a mild and sunny climate almost all year round.
