Etna Traditions Wine Expérience at Campore
Accueil personnalisé et chaleureux. Tout s'est parfaitement déroulé. Les vins que nous avons goûtés étaient tous excellents, ainsi que les plats qui les accompagnaient.
Explications claires, intéressantes et pertinentes. Visite du vignoble qui vaut le coup. Je recommande fortement.

Amazing experience!
At first, the winery and the building are so beautiful! Our guide told us that it was recently renovated by new owners and they took the lavastone look to the next level.
We got a tour trough the vineyard and learned all about the different types of grapes and soils there. Very interesting what influences the soil can have on the taste of the wine!
Even as the tour, our tasting was also a private one with just the two of us. Again the tasting room was beautifully designed and decorated with an amazing view over the yard as well.
We have tasted 4 different types of wines. (Sparkling, white, rosé and red) All were very delicious and were paired with (lots of) tasty Sicilian food. We were so surprised by the amount of food that we didn’t need to get diner afterwords.
By the end of the tasting, our guide to us back to the vineyard to the platform in the middle of it, so we could watch the beautiful sunset from there.
We did found this tasting by surprise but is was an amazing experience!

Cantina e Vini
La tenuta Camporè, situata alle pendici dell'Etna, nella zona DOC, nelle Contrade San Lorenzo e Campo Re di Randazzo a 765 m s.l.m., nasce nel 2016 per volontà di Maria Pia e Cristina Madaudo. In origine, la tenuta di proprietà del Re d'Italia Vittorio Emanuele II passò per donazione al Cavalier Giovanni Vagliasindi e poi per eredità, fino all'acquisto da parte della famiglia Madaudo. Il progetto Camporè intrapreso dai due giovani imprenditori ha l'obiettivo di restituire alla nobile casata e all'antico palmento il valore originario di un luogo pensato e organizzato per la produzione di vino.
Produciamo:
Il vino rosso Etna DOC è un vino rosso brillante che con l'affinamento assume un colore rosso rubino tendente al granato. Il profumo è un ricco bouquet floreale con note di cacao e caffè. L'affinamento in legno conferisce al nostro Etna un gusto armonioso, asciutto, sapido e con un buon tannino.
Il vino bianco Etna DOC ha un colore giallo paglierino con riflessi verdognoli, con l'affinamento tende al dorato. Al naso si possono apprezzare note di frutta a polpa bianca. Al palato presenta un'eccellente acidità con un retrogusto di pietra focaia.
Il vino Etna DOC rosè ha un colore rosa pallido. Al naso presenta note di frutti tropicali come il frutto della passione. Si percepisce una buona acidità e mineralità.
Spumante Brut Nerello Mascalese IGT, metodo Charmat Presenta una bollicina fine e persistente. Al naso si percepisce una nota floreale che ricorda il gelsomino. Al palato è fresco e ben bilanciato tra acidità e struttura.
