Aperitivo Tenute Olbios

La tenuta sia all’esterno sia all’interno è davvero stupenda! Poi i muri in granito integrati all’arredamento sono un tocco raffinato che non vedi da nessuna parte se non qui in Sardegna!
Il ragazzo che ci ha fatto la degustazione è stato veramente bravo con la spiegazione dei vini e della tenuta, poi avendo portato i miei due chihuahua ci ha lasciato fare la degustazione sul terrazzo all’aperto, quindi c’era una stupenda vista sull’intero vigneto. E ovviamente non si poteva non acquistare i vini che ci ha fatto degustare!!
Davvero un’esperienza fantastica!

Beautiful wine cellar in a natural landscape

Great experience to repeat ! Learned a lot in this pretty small wine cellar with excellent wines and a great landscape different ways to get the perfect Vermentino, the smoothness of Cannonau . After the visit in the cellar it comes to the tasting great gut experience in the main house . Marco the sommelier was a great guest along the visit !

Beautiful winery and very nice guided tour

We really enjoyed the wine tour in January. We learned a lot about the history of the winery and the production of the wine, had a very nice tour through the winery and into the wine storage and had an even nicer wine tasting with delicious food pairing. Thank you very much for your kindness, that we could ask so many questions and we will definitely come back and recommend your beautiful oasis to friends.

We did the 3-glass tasting with light refreshments and it didn't disappoint. The tasting room itself is gorgeous and the gentleman guiding our tasting was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a white, rose, and red which were all great. The refreshment was a beautiful board with assorted meats, cheeses, fruit, bread, and their signature wine infused syrup. It was a generous serving and held us over until dinner. The location is close to the airport but it's in an open area with stunning views from the tasting room.

Tenute Olbios is run by its owner Daniela Pinna, who carries on the family wine-making tradition, taking care of every stage of the process, from the grape harvest to bottling, with passion, dedication and a continuous quest for excellence. We believe that small details make the difference. Situated in the region of Vermentino di Gallura, one of the rare Italian DOCG wines, the enterprise operates in the maximum respect for environmental sustainability to obtain an integrated and sustainable production. 

Unici, eleganti e con un tratto molto personale. Tutte le procedure di vinificazione vengono effettuate in cantina ed esclusivamente con le uve di nostra produzione. Daniela è anche l’enologa della Tenute Olbios e segue personalmente tutti i passaggi della produzione, assicurandosi che i vini mantengano l’autenticità e la peculiarità dei vitigni e la complessità delle diverse note aromatiche. Le filtrazioni sono minime e naturali, l’utilizzo dei solfiti è molto limitato, ed oltre alla qualità è garantita anche una maggiore salubrità dei vini. Non viene fatto alcun uso di prodotti o sottoprodotti di derivazione animale in alcuna fase della produzione e i vini Tenute Olbios sono 100% certificati Vegan.
