Knowledge is our most complete and immersive experience, created for enthusiasts, professionals and curious minds who wish to explore the philosophy behind Silvio Carta production.
The visit takes place in our Zeddiani facility and follows a technical route guided by a member of the Carta family. A special opportunity to discover first-hand our history, raw materials, production methods, ageing techniques and company vision.
During the tour, guests will visit our distillery with discontinuous stills, the liqueur production area, the infusion and maceration departments, the Whisky brewhouse, the bottling line, the botanical garden and the ageing cellar where our spirits mature in centuries-old Sardinian chestnut barrels.
The tasting includes 7 products, curated by us or freely chosen by guests from the full Silvio Carta collection.
The experience also includes an introduction to conscious tasting and sensory appreciation.
Served with a selection of traditional Sardinian sweets.

As the tours take place within active production areas, we kindly ask guests to arrive on time in order to ensure the best possible experience.
Pets are welcome in the shop if kept on a leash, but are not permitted inside the production areas or spaces included in the guided tour, in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Tastings may take place in small shared groups of up to 6 participants.
