Light Lunch – Wine & Food Experience Alcamo at Charelli Rossotti

A deep dive into the history and roots of the Chiarelli Rossotti winery. From the original local Arabic fortress to the development of the lands under the Aragonese and Bourbon nobility, this tasting is a journey through Sicily’s rich history. 

This experience includes an in-depth tour of the vineyard - set in the rolling hills of Alcamo overlooking the Mediterranean. A perfect way to learn all about the Alcamo DOC territory and discover its unique wines. 

This is followed by a guided tasting of four organic wines made from indigenous grape varieties—Nero d’Avola, Grillo, Catarratto, and a special Metodo Ancestrale Nero d’Avola sparkling wine.

The wines are accompanied by a selection of traditional Sicilian dishes, including caponata, sun-dried tomatoes, and our very own breads, cheeses, olive oil, and honey made on site.
