Explore the art of viticulture in the picturesque vineyards of Montalcino with a guided walk along the Brunello Cru path at Tenuta Corte Pavone. This immersive experience introduces guests to the estate’s unique terroirs and biodynamic philosophy, offering a firsthand look at how harmony with nature shapes the wines.
The walk leads through the vineyards and into the estate’s cross-vaulted cellar, where wines mature in wood, concrete barrels, and amphoras. Guests will learn about the different stages of winemaking and the reasons behind each aging method. Following the tour, a beautifully prepared table awaits in the tasting room for a guided tasting of 6 wines in 3 thematic flights, each paired with a gourmet bite specially designed to enhance the flavors of the wine.

Dogs are welcome at our winery. Unfortunately, however, we cannot allow dogs in the wine cellar. In all other activities and stops of a winery tour, the dog can come along.
