Vineyard Tour & Tasting with Local Foods at Le Due Tenute on Mount Etna
Here is what's in store for you
Your experience begins when you meet a member of Le Due Tenute's hospitality team. After a brief introduction, you will drive your own car to the first of two estates on the slopes of Mount Etna.
Here, you'll walk through the volcanic vineyard, learning about the local grape varieties and the traditions that shape Etna's winemaking. Your first tasting is a glass of Etna Bianco, enjoyed directly among the vines. The tour then continues to a set of characteristic stone towers, part of the area's rural heritage, where you'll taste the estate's Etna Rosato while taking in the landscape.
The final stop is a traditional rural farmhouse. Here, the experience concludes with a guided tasting of four more wines: a Cantonè Etna Bianco DOC, a Cantonè Etna Rosato DOC, and two vintages of Cantonè Etna Rosso DOC to compare their evolution. The tasting is paired with a platter of local products, including four cheeses like sweet Ragusa provola and primo sale, and four cured meats such as Nebrodi pancetta and lardo from Nebrodi black pigs. The pairing is completed with bruschetta drizzled with the estate's own Nocellara Etnea extra virgin olive oil.

Where we are and how to reach us
A private car is required for this experience. The meeting point is in front of Beauty Garden Banqueting. From there, you will follow the host in your own car to the two vineyard stops and then to the farmhouse. Parking is available near the meeting point.
