This tasting experience takes place at the Elios farm, located in Alcamo, Sicily. Here, Nicola and Guido cultivate vineyards, olive trees, and raise bees. This farm truly embodies the essence of their work as producers of natural wines, organic olive oil, and honey.
The tour is structured in three moments. Upon arrival, you will be offered a tour of the vineyard, where you will begin by discussing the production of wine, olive oil, and honey as you take a stroll alongside the vineyard, culminating in a visit to the apiary.
After the walk, you'll have the opportunity to taste 5 different Elios wines and discuss the art of natural winemaking during a technical wine tasting.
To conclude the experience, after the technical wine tasting, you will be able to pair the wines with delicious local products such as bread, olive oil, olives, cheese, honey, jams, and salami.
