Here is what's in store for you

The Augustali farm awaits you in the gentle hilly territory so dear to Frederick II of Swabia.

Our welcome begins with a pleasant nature walk among the family's organic vineyards and olive groves: getting to know the attentions of the winemakers, and exploring the microclimate of these hills already anticipates some of the emotions we will experience with glass in hand.

A few steps from the Frederick II vineyard, we'll arrive in front of the baglio of the winery, where we will linger in the area dedicated to winemaking to discover the secrets of production and, passing through the bottling area, we will reach the room for the aging of red wines.

On the veranda in the garden or in the tasting room of the winery, we will prepare for you a platter with three Sicilian specialties, homemade bread with extra virgin olive oil, and delicious citrus jams. The delicacies will be enriched by the tasting of two wines that evoke all the warmth of the Mediterranean: a versatile, fresh, and savory white wine typical of the hilly territory and a red wine of character with a fruity bouquet.

We are happy to welcome you to our Organic Farm and put at your disposal all our green spaces: the vast lawn, the small Mediterranean garden dedicated to aromatic plants, the avenue of centuries-old olive trees, the organic citrus grove, and the animal area.

Wine tasting and pizza making

Our experience was beautiful. Beatriz was so friendly and helpful, she made it an insightful and relaxed tour. The production area is state of the art for a small vineyard yet there is still such a charm as soon as you walk in.

I recommend this to anyone who is visiting Sicily!!

Beautiful Winery, Delicious Lunch!

The winery itself is absolutely stunning. We had a beautiful lunch on the terrace, and the wine was abundant and delicious! The staff and owners were wonderfully friendly, and so knowledgeable. They have obviously poured a lot of love into the winery. We couldn’t recommend this enough!

The visit to this farm was absolutely wonderful. Very beautiful setting and very nice staff. The owner was lovely and showed us around extra and let us taste the wines in the making. Then we made pizza with a pizza chef which was very much fun. Very good wines as well. Recommend you to visit this!

Ottima esperienza, abbiamo scelto l'opzione del tour con picnic..tutto perfetto..dalla visita guidata al cibo incluso nel picnic. La location è davvero bella con tanti animali e la possibilità di visitarla in pieno. Super consigliato!

Ottima esperienza!!
La biofattoria è molto grande e bella, curata nei dettagli e ricca di attrattive interessanti per grandi e piccini.
La proprietaria (credo) ci ha fatto fare il giro del vigneto e della cantina, spiegandoci tutto con precisione e rispondendo a tutte le nostre curiosità. Abbiamo assaggiato 2 vini dalle botti e 2 al tavolo, accompagnati da un delizioso tagliere di salumi e formaggi. I bicchieri di vino sono stati abbondanti e la qualità davvero buona. Personale cortese e disponibile, posto meraviglioso. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottima.
