Here is what you will live

The paths leading to the olive grove, the vineyard, the citrus grove are suitable for pleasant nature walks. Passing through the garden of aromatic plants we arrive at the small wheat field (in production from December to June) to talk about ears of wheat, flours, cereals. As we walk through the rows of vines in the "Federico II" vineyard, we will learn about the secrets of the vine-dressers, the characteristics of the soil and the peculiarities of the climate. A few steps away from the vineyard we will arrive in front of the baglio of the winery to learn about the fascination of farming tools.
We will enrich this unique experience with a guided tour to discover together the process of vinification, refinement and bottling and taste two wines directly from the tank.

We move on to the farm premises to have a gastronomic experience of pizza. With "Le mani in pasta" you'll be involved in the making of pizza amidst the secrets of rising, the smell of the wood-fired oven and the notes of typical Sicilian music. 
On the veranda overlooking the vast lawn, we will delight your palate with a platter of typical products (olives, cheese, salami) and freshly baked pizza. The tasting is dedicated to a versatile, fresh and savoury white wine typical of the hillside area and a red wine with character and a fruity bouquet.
