Here is what's in store for you

At the Augustali Farm, we will welcome you among the paths leading to organic vineyards, olive groves, and citrus orchards for an engaging nature walk.

The first stop of this experience will be in the aromatic garden, to discover the main aromatic plants of the Mediterranean, followed by a visit to the small wheat field (in production only from April to June) to talk about ears, flours, and cereals. Passing through the citrus and olive grove to mention some curiosities about citrus jams and extra virgin olive oil, we'll finish the walk among the rows of the farm's "Frederick II" vineyard to learn the secrets of the winemakers. We'll continue this unique experience with a guided tour of the winery to discover together the winemaking process of Augustali wines.

We'll then move to the farm premises to have the gastronomic pizza workshop. With this hands-on experience, you will be involved in the making of pizza, among the secrets of leavening and the notes of typical Sicilian music.

To conclude the experience, on the veranda overlooking the vast lawn, we will delight our palate with freshly baked pizza and the tasting of a versatile, fresh, and savory white wine typical of the hill country and a red wine with character and a fruity bouquet. Enjoying freshly baked pizza and learning about organic farm products and wines will make this country visit to Augustali memorable. The animal area, citrus grove, and aroma garden will be at your disposal.

Wine tasting and pizza making

Our experience was beautiful. Beatriz was so friendly and helpful, she made it an insightful and relaxed tour. The production area is state of the art for a small vineyard yet there is still such a charm as soon as you walk in.

I recommend this to anyone who is visiting Sicily!!

The visit to this farm was absolutely wonderful. Very beautiful setting and very nice staff. The owner was lovely and showed us around extra and let us taste the wines in the making. Then we made pizza with a pizza chef which was very much fun. Very good wines as well. Recommend you to visit this!
