Here is what's in store for you

This experience takes place on Filicudi, an island in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea in northern Sicily, where nature takes over, farming and fishing are the way to get food, and sharing it with guests is how the locals make you feel you are in the right place. Feeling welcomed and hosted by locals in the Sicilian and Aeolian way is a lifelong experience. You have traveled or will travel all over the world, but never forget that you have been to Filicudi, Aeolian Islands, Sicily

You will be welcomed at the port of arrival, disembarked from a private boat or hydrofoil, and begin to breathe the freshest air there is. As you are driven over the hills, you will see the blue of the sea surrounding you and the green of the earth, stones, and sky. All this is nature.

You will walk one of the ancient paths that have been here forever before roads were built in 1983 or electricity came in 1986. Conservation and respect for what is natural and grows wild are the basis of local meals and recipes.

You will then reach a private terrace overlooking the sea, where you will enjoy a tasting of local products prepared from local vegetables, jams, jellies, liqueurs, and Malvasia wine, both dry and sweet. If you like eating fish, this can also be included upon request.

You will then conclude the island tour by visiting the harbor on the west side, and in season enjoy a swim in the sea
