With this tour, you will discover the history of the oil mill between tradition and innovation and the entire production process that transforms a simple olive into the famous green gold. You will be guided through each stage that characterizes the birth of a quality extra virgin olive oil and appreciate every nuance of it.
At the end of the tour, the oil sommelier will guide you through a tasting of their best oils to introduce you to their organoleptic properties, tasting techniques, and food pairing tips.
At the end of the experience, you will also receive a 100 ml bottle of oil to take home with you.
