Visit an olive grove in Matera, learn about olive oil production, and enjoy a tasting of delicious local products!
During this experience, you will have the opportunity to take a walk through a centuries-old olive grove, which was recognized as a Slow Food Presidium. The owners will lead you on a tour among the olive trees to tell you about their innovative production method while you enjoy the panorama of the small Lucanian Dolomites.
Following the walk, you will be taken to the farm's premises where you will enjoy a tasting of different types of olive oil accompanied by a platter of cold local cuts and cheeses. A glass of wine, a dessert, and water are also included.
