Guided by winemakers Paul or Stéphane, this tour offers a deep dive into the estate’s history, philosophy, and sustainable viticulture practices. You will learn about the unique terroir, grape varieties, and harvesting methods that define the character of Domaine du Chat Blanc’s wines.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting in the courtyard of the estate’s charming 18th-century stone farmhouse. Guests will savor three organic AOP Ventoux wines while learning about the vinification process, wine aromas, and food pairings. For those wishing to enhance their tasting, an optional platter featuring cold meats, cheeses, and vegetables is available, perfectly paired with Domaine du Chat Blanc’s wines for an additional fee.
