Natural Wine Tasting at Monfrà Winery on the Monferrato hills

Discover Monfrà Winery in the heart of Monferrato, where Sara and Paolo, the owners, will welcome you and introduce you to their story, their work, and their passion for producing certified organic wines.

Your experience begins with a guided visit to the winery, where you'll discover the different stages of production while exploring the traditional equipment used to make the wines, including fermentation vats, handmade terracotta amphorae from Impruneta, and oak tonneaux used for aging. During the visit, Sara or Paolo will explain the principles of organic viticulture and natural winemaking that define Monfrà's philosophy.

The experience continues with a guided tasting of 2, 3, or 4 organic wines, depending on the option you choose. You'll select your wines from the labels available on the day of your visit, which may include:

- Ekhos – Rosé

- Heremit – Barbera del Monferrato

- La Ru – Barbera Superiore

- Estreja – Freisa

- Panikos – Grignolino

The tasting is accompanied by breadsticks with olives, breadsticks with fresh eggs from the winery's chickens, or a similar seasonal pairing, depending on availability.

At the end of the experience, you'll have the opportunity to purchase Monfrà wines directly at the winery with a dedicated discount.
