Everything begins with a careful search for high-quality Puglian grapes, enhanced by their unique ripening process and geographical location.
This guided tasting experience introduces you to our three aging methods—amphora, French oak barrels, and steel—and allows you to explore the depth of six native Apulian grape varieties:
Three whites: Verdeca, Bianco D’Alessano, and Minutolo
Three reds: Primitivo, Negroamaro, and Susumaniello
You’ll taste five wines, including two directly from the aging tanks (amphora and tonneau), while enjoying a curated selection of local gourmet pairings, thoughtfully crafted to complement the wines:
taralli, olives, focaccia, mature and fresh local cheeses, cured meats, friselle, olive oil, mosto, and chutneys.
