Here is what's in store for you
Discover the art and heart of Italian living in this semi-private, high-end cooking class, featuring great food, fine wine, and convivial company. Hosted in a newly built, state-of-the-art kitchen, the class is limited to just six guests and led by a professional chef from the MasterChef Italia TV series.
The experience begins with a warm welcome: a chilled glass of Prosecco and a light aperitivo of Roman snacks, such as cured meats, cheeses, and olives, while you get to know your chef and fellow participants.
At your own fully equipped workstation, the MasterChef instructor will guide you step-by-step as you:
- Make and shape fresh fettuccine pasta from scratch
- Prepare a traditional Alfredo sauce using only butter and Parmigiano Reggiano
- Create the iconic Italian dessert, a creamy and dreamy Tiramisu
Once the cooking is done, gather around the table to enjoy your dishes, paired with a glass of Italian wine and finished with a refreshing limoncello digestif.
Whether you're a food enthusiast or simply looking for an authentic and fun experience in Rome, away from the crowds, this class is a delicious slice of La Dolce Vita. You'll also receive a digital recipe booklet to recreate your Roman cooking adventure at home.
