Join us for the Ballarini Pesto Experience, a highly sought-after course enjoyed by over 20,000 guests at La Sciamadda dei Vinaccieri Ballerini in Sestri Levante.
To kick off the experience, we'll welcome you with a glass of wine, setting the stage for an enjoyable culinary adventure. During this immersive session, a skilled chef will guide you through the traditional Genovese recipe, allowing you to create your own pesto using a real mortar.
Afterward, you'll have the opportunity to savor the pesto you've made, accompanied by some delightful focaccia. You'll also receive a special container to take home some of your freshly made pesto.
For an enhanced experience, you can complete your experience with a lovely lunch or dinner at the restaurant by choosing the lunch/dinner option. This includes a first course, second course, and dessert, paired with three wines (a white wine, a red wine, and a dessert wine) and water.
