Here is what's in store for you

Upon your arrival at Quattrocieli Winery, you will receive a warm welcome and you will be given a tour of the winery. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the story of Quattrocieli, run by the young siblings Giuseppe and Valentina, and their production methods.

You will then be given a picnic basket filled with local delicacies (cold cuts, cheeses, vegetable couscous, bread, caponata, seasonal fruit), as well as a tasting of three of the organic wines produced by Quattrocieli. This way, you’ll have everything you need to enjoy a regenerating picnic while admiring the beautiful landscape of the vineyard.

Please inform the winery in advance should you have any allergies or food intolerances.

FANTASTICA ESPERIENZA IN CANTINA

La cantina quattro cieli è stata per noi una bellissima scoperta, sita nel territorio di Alcamo offre una qualità di vino veramente ottima. l'esperienza scelta da noi è stata quella del pic nic in vigna; non appena arrivate Giuseppe il proprietario ci ha messo subito a nostro agio e con professionalità e dedizione ci ha narrato la storia della sua cantina e dei suoi graditissimi vini, dopo questa breve premessa siamo passate all'assaggio di 3 vini un bianco (scelto da noi per il pic nic) un rosè ed un rosso. l'esperienza olfattivo-gustativa è stata veramente molto interessante e ci ha aiutato molto nella scelta del vino per il pranzo. pur non trattandosi di un vero pic nic all'interno della vigna (probabilmente è stato meglio cosi visto il periodo della vendemmia) dalle postazioni all'esterno è stato possibile apprezzare una deliziosa vista sui vigneti gustando dell'ottimo cibo cucinato appositamente per noi. le porzioni, nel giusto, ci hanno saziato, il vino è stato di nostro gradimento. Che dire, un'esperienza da consigliare e che quasi sicuramente ripeterò in futuro.

Facilmente raggiungibile. Panorama pieno di bellissimi vigneti. Nonostante il brutto tempo le attività previste sono state comunque svolte all'interno in un ambiente ospitale, pulito e ben sistemato. Cordiale accoglienza da parte di Giuseppe che ci ha raccontato la loro storia e ci ha accompagnato in una particolare degustazione interattiva di n. 3 vini. Una volta scelta una bottiglia di uno dei 3 vini degustati, abbiamo aperto il nostro cesto da pic-nic in cui abbiamo trovato tanto buon cibo preparato da Valentina. Un'esperienza che consigliamo di fare!
All'interno troverete anche un piccolo shop...e non solo di bottiglie di vino!

Siamo stati ospiti di Giuseppe nella sua meravigliosa cantina a conduzione famigliare. Gentile e cordiale ci ha portato con se nel racconto della nascita e dello sviluppo della cantina quattrocieli e dei suoi vini che abbiamo assaggiato con curiosità e gusto. Pic nic suggestivo al tramonto, ricco dall’antipasto al dolce e per di più gluten free, come da nostra richiesta. Consigliato.
