Esperienza bellissima tra mare e monte. Appena arrivati, ci ha accolti il proprietario, gentilissimo e premuroso, raccontandoci la tradizione della tenuta e dei vigneti. Abbiamo poi degustato 6 portate (4 antipasti, 1 primo ed 1 secondo), accompagnate da assaggi dei vini prodotti in loco, terminando con un dolcetto e un passito. I piatti preparati dall'abile cuoca sono stati un mix di gusto eccezionale e richiamo alla tradizione: dalla focaccia calda al ciabotto, al tartufo di origine locale a condimento di alcune portate. Che dire, grazie per tutto e sicuramente a presto!

C’è stato un piccolo intoppo all’inizio, per via di cose logistiche. Poi però il proprietario Umberto è stato gentilissimo e disponibile a rimediare alla situazione. Ci ha fatto vivere un’esperienza magnifica, consiglio a tutti di andarlo a trovare, il vino è molto buono e la cucina è pazzesca, cucina la mamma di Umberto e vi assicuro che sembra di mangiare per un ristorante stellato.
Il vino è molto buono, mi ha stupita il bianco che non era per nulla acidulo come i “classici” vini bianchi, molto gradevole. La cordialità,la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Umberto e di sua mamma, rendono l’esperienza ancora più godibile di quanto già sia.
