Your visit begins with a guided walk through our organic vineyards, where you will learn how our terroir, climate, and sustainable practices shape the character of our wines. From there, you will enter our winery facilities, where we will explain the winemaking process step by step — from harvest to aging.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of three selected Finca El Refugio wines, where you will discover aromas, flavors, and the stories behind each bottle, all of them perfectly paired with some Iberian delicatessen and Manchego cheese.
