The tour will then begin, offering an in-depth look at the production processes and a chance to learn more about our history and company philosophy. The experience will conclude in the cozy tasting room of our wine shop, where you will enjoy a guided tasting of 5 of our finest wines (based on availability) paired with local traditional products.such as tarallini, friselline with cherry tomato pate, pecorino cheese, and capocollo di Martina Franca.

Great wine, great tour, great day

We had a really nice tour. The wines were delicious and the tour guide spoke good English, making everything easy to understand. The staff is very friendly and hospitable! Highly recommended.
We would appreciate some bread with your own olive oil at the tasting.

An interesting and constructive experience. Punctuality, precision, and the preparedness of our guide distinguished this immersive tour in discovery of a winery
of high quality, historic and representative of Salento, appreciated both for its tradition and for the care in the production of local wines like Negroamaro and Primitivo.
The tasting moment was enlightening and obviously very, very welcome for the excellent harmony between the aromas and flavors of the wines accompanied by some typical Apulian products.
Passed with flying colors!
Maybe with a higher fee of 3/4 euros the tasting plate could include a few more typical Apulian products
