Premium Visit & Cava and Artisan Cheese Tasting Experience at Cava Rovellats
Here is what's in store for you
Visit and taste Rovellats with our most emblematic cavas paired with 4 artisan cheeses.
The visit will begin in our vineyard, right in front of our winery, we have more than 50 ha and we will explain how we work them at Rovellats. We will continue with the historical part, and we will visit a 15th-century farmhouse and a family chapel. Next, we will continue with the explanation of how wines and cavas are made at home, and we will go down to our radial cellar located 12m underground (it is a radial cellar unique in the world due to its original six-pointed star structure and a central rotunda).
After explaining the cava production process, we will do an artisanal disgorging of a Gran Reserva cava with more than 36 months of aging and taste it. After the disgorging, there is a short video that summarizes the essence of Rovellats.
