Along the way, you will discover the history of the Rovellats family, learn about the production of Metodo Tradicional Cava, and gain insight into the meticulous aging process that defines the winery's Reserva Cavas.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of 3 Reserva Cavas, allowing you to explore different expressions of the winery's sparkling wines while learning about their aromas, structure, and aging characteristics.
