This tour takes you to discover the vineyard and grape varieties of Champagne. To start, you will visit a rated Champagne house to understand all it takes to produce a bottle of Champagne from the harvest till the shipment of the final product. The commented tasting of the estate's champagnes will follow. Later, you will have a 3-course lunch at a traditional local restaurant, and you will be ready for your next adventure.
You will stroll the Champs-Elysées of Champagne in the town of Epernay, where the biggest concentration of champagne bottles in the world is found. You will visit one of the number of cellars that Avenue de Champagne has to offer and finish the visit with another champagne tasting. A vineyard tour with wonderful views is also included. At last, you will stop at Hautvillers, a cultural cradle of champagne, for a guided visit to the village and Dom Perignon’s Grave. We guarantee that this tour will leave you with many pleasant memories and new knowledge!
