Here is what's in store for you

Welcome to Eleva, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, an organic farm dedicated to the production of authentic Valpolicella wines. 

With this experience, you will be taking a journey between history and viticulture. First, you will be guided through terraced vineyards where you will learn about the suitability of the soil, the importance of biodiversity for wine production, and the naturalistic components that surround the Eleva winery while admiring the panoramic view of the surrounding area. 

The visit continues in the winery, precisely in the barrel cellar where you will learn about the art of making wine, the most detailed methodologies, and the peculiarities of aging in wood. 

Finally, it will be time for the sensory tasting of 4 wines, accompanied by a platter of typical cold cuts and cheeses from the area as well as some baked delicacies.
The Eleva winery gives you also the opportunity to add to the tasting a glass of Recioto della Valpolicella Classica with 3 different food pairings (savory and sweet) for an additional 10€ per person.
