La ragazza ci ha spiegato con entusiasmo il processo di produzione, la storia dei vitigni e le peculiarità di ciascun vino, aiutandoci a cogliere sfumature che altrimenti avremmo perso. Un momento particolarmente piacevole è stato l’abbinamento dei vini con alcuni prodotti locali: formaggi, salumi e pane fatto in casa, che esaltavano i sapori e le fragranze dei vini in modo eccezionale.
Il servizio è stato impeccabile, mai invadente ma sempre attento e cordiale.
Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza a chiunque voglia scoprire la vera essenza della Valpolicella.
