The tour begins in the Tinaia room with an excursion into the Due Palme cellars where we learn about its history. The bottling plant, the company's state-of-the-art machinery, has a production of fifteen thousand bottles per hour and is the first room to be visited. The tour continues inside the Selvarossa room, which leads to the imposing barrique cellar: a thermo-regulated room of 1440 square metres, with French and American oak barrels inside. The visit continues in the cellar, the place where the wine is stored and processed.
A fantastic experience immersed in the culture of Salento wine that exudes history and emotions, all crowned by the tasting of three wines, Sangaetano Primitivo di Manduria Rosso DOP Riserva, Melarosa Spumante Rosè Extra Dry and Bagnara Fiano Salento IGP, accompanied by a platter of cold meats and cheeses along with bread, pizzas and focaccia typical of Salento tradition.
