Each wine is paired with a rich selection of cheeses, including fresh, semi-aged, aged, and blue-veined Pecorino, as well as Parmigiano, offering a full journey through different levels of maturation and intensity.

The experience is complemented by a variety of Tuscan delicacies such as finocchiona, Tuscan prosciutto, bruschetta with fresh tomato and basil, and crispy toasted bread served with extra virgin olive oil. You will also explore different olive oils, including classic, white truffle, and chili-infused, along with premium vinegars such as Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and red onion balsamic.
