Arriving in Sancerre, you'll be captivated by the picturesque vineyards and charming villages that await. Begin your immersion in the Sancerre region with a visit to a local winery. Discover the two prominent grape varieties, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, and explore the diversity of the region's three main terroirs: Calcaire, Terres Blanches, and Silex. Taste the first wines of the day and savor the unique characteristics of the terroir.
